01 / 8 Overview Next: Your edge
The Opportunity
You've built something most local crews never do: a real brand, a licensed and insured operation, and a portfolio of before-and-after work people actually want to look at. The new site is better built than any competitor's. It just isn't live, nothing is measured, and the pages homeowners are searching for aren't there yet. The hard part is already done. What's left is finishing it, connecting it, and turning it on.
Your strengths
A named, hands on founder
Daniel Reyes is on the site with real photos and a real story. Licensed, insured, and on every job. That kind of named credibility is something most landscaping outfits never put forward, and homeowners notice it.
A real before-and-after portfolio
You have years of finished projects with photos. Most competitors show a stock hero image and a phone number. Leading with real work builds trust before the first call.
A clear quote process
You explain how pricing works and what a homeowner can expect, instead of hiding everything behind a form. That openness is rare in this trade and it converts.
A site ahead of the market
The new build is fast, structured for Google, and already readable by AI search engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity. Most Denver competitors have none of this.
An open lane
"xeriscaping denver" and "drought tolerant landscaping" have real monthly search demand and no crew clearly owns them. You already do this work, so the pages practically write themselves.
The gap
The site is not live yet
It still points at a staging address. Going live the wrong way can cost ranking you may already hold, so this needs to be handled as a careful migration, not just a launch.
No working "Request a Quote" form
The call to action buttons currently lead to dead links. A warm visitor has no way to reach you, so the site cannot capture the demand it attracts.
Nothing is measured
There is no call tracking and no form tracking. You cannot see which marketing works or how many leads you are getting, which means you are flying blind on the one number that matters.
No reviews on the site
Reviews are the single thing standing between you and the Google map pack, where most "landscaper near me" calls happen. Competitors got into that pack on review count, not years in business, which means it is beatable.
The Launch
A one month engagement. The site goes live right away, and you start capturing leads in the first week while the rest gets built out around it.
-
A safe migration
We move the new site onto your domain carefully so any ranking you earned carries over instead of dropping. That means mapping old links to new ones, clean redirects, the correct domain and canonical setup, and watching Google Search Console after launch to confirm nothing slipped.
-
A working "Request a Quote" form
A real intake form wired straight to your inbox, so every interested homeowner can reach you in one step. This is the difference between a brochure and a lead engine.
-
Call and form tracking
Tracking turned on from day one so every lead is visible. You will finally be able to see how many homeowners found you, where they came from, and which pages turn visitors into calls.
-
A reviews page with star ratings
A page that displays your real reviews with the star ratings that can show up in Google, plus a simple request system you run after every job to grow your review count over time. Reviews are what get you into the map pack.
-
A dedicated service page for the open lane
A page built specifically for "xeriscaping denver," the search term no competitor owns. You offer the service already, so this claims an open lane with real demand.
-
A transparent "how it works" page
A page that answers "how much does landscaping cost in Denver" and how your quote process works, capturing homeowners while they are still researching and reinforcing the trust your openness already earns.
-
Deeper service pages
Your current service pages are too short to rank or to answer what homeowners ask before they call. We rewrite them with real depth so they earn rankings and do the selling for you.
-
Google Business Profile setup and optimization
We claim, verify, and optimize your Google Business Profile (category, hours, service area as named cities, real photos) so you are positioned to enter the local map pack where the high intent calls live.
How it goes
- 1 Sign & kick off Agreement signed, access granted, and the migration planned.
- 2 Live in week one Site on your domain with the form working and tracking on.
- 3 Built out over month one Reviews, xeriscaping & how-it-works pages, GBP, and deeper service pages.
What you pay
Payment is tied to deliverables, so you always know exactly what you are paying for. The Launch is $4,000, split 50/50.
| Kickoff | $2,000 | Agreement signed and access granted. Work begins: migration plan, GitHub and Cloudflare setup. |
| Go-Live | $2,000 | Site live on your domain with the form working and tracking on, and the launch deliverables shipped: reviews page, xeriscaping page, how-it-works page, Google Business Profile setup, and the deepened service pages. |
Both payments are part of the one-time Launch fee above.
The Growth Partnership Optional · Monthly
Once you are live, this is the engine that puts Greenline in the map pack and keeps it climbing. All levels run on a 12 month minimum, because local SEO compounds: the results come from doing the work consistently, month after month.
Pick a plan or stay Launch only. A plan starts at go-live, separate from the one-time Launch. Tap a plan to see what's included.
- Site, hosting and tracking kept healthy
- Reviews system kept running
- Monthly report (leads, calls, rankings)
- Monthly 30 minute call
- Email access between calls
The maintenance level. We keep the site, hosting, and tracking healthy, keep your reviews system running, and send a monthly report plus a 30 minute call so you can see what is happening. It does not include new pages, new content, or active optimization. That is Managed Growth.
- Review generation and GBP management
- Local citations and directories
- One new page or post each month
- Monthly conversion test
- AI search and competitor monitoring
- Monthly call and plain language report
The recommended level. I run the work that compounds: ongoing review generation, Google Business Profile management, local citations, one new page or post every month (neighborhood pages first, then the guides homeowners search for), a monthly conversion test, and AI plus competitor monitoring. This is the level that actually moves you up the map pack and grows the lead count.
- Everything in Managed Growth
- Growth plan around revenue targets
- Faster content and campaign cadence
- Offer, pricing and packaging strategy
- Growth channels and best of placements
- Priority access and deeper sessions
For when you want to grow aggressively and want me fully invested. Everything in Managed Growth plus a focused growth plan around real revenue targets, a faster content and campaign cadence, proactive offer and pricing strategy, active pursuit of growth channels like best of list placements and local partnerships, and priority access. The revenue share keeps our incentives aligned: I earn more only when you earn more. The 10% is defined clearly in the agreement.
Why this works
The plain-English reasoning behind the plan. Open any item to go deeper.
The Google map pack
When someone searches "landscaper denver," Google shows a map with three businesses at the top. That is the map pack, and it captures most of the high intent calls. Getting in is gated mostly by review count and a healthy Google Business Profile, not by how long you have been in business. That is why a younger crew can beat an old incumbent.
Local SEO
Local SEO is the work of making Google confident you are a real, trusted, relevant Denver business: consistent name, address, and phone everywhere, pages about the services and neighborhoods you serve, reviews, and structured data. Done consistently, it compounds month over month.
Why reviews drive everything
For a high-trust purchase like work on your home, reviews are both the ranking lever for the map pack and the deciding factor for homeowners. They are also the one thing that decays the moment you stop asking, which is why review generation never stops.
AI search (GEO and AEO)
More homeowners now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI for the best Denver landscaper. GEO and AEO are about making sure those engines can understand who you are, what you offer, and why to cite you. Your new site already has the technical plumbing for this; we fill it with the content that gets you named.
Schema and structured data
Schema is hidden code that tells Google and AI engines exactly what your business is, your services, your reviews, and your founder. Most competitors have none. Yours does, which is a real edge for both rankings and AI answers.
Terms
12 month minimum on the Growth Partnership
Any level, then month to month. Local SEO compounds, so the work needs a real runway to pay off.
Your tests are free
If I run a test or try something on my own to improve your results, that is on me, no charge.
New asks get scoped
Everything in this proposal is included at this price. If you ask for work beyond it (extra pages, new services, ad management), we scope it together and I quote it before any work starts.
Early partner rate
This is an introductory rate, offered in exchange for referrals and the right to feature your project as a case study. It is not my standard rate, so it will not be on the table forever.
You own everything
The code, the content, and every account stay yours.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the work at go-live, your kickoff deposit is refundable. We only move forward once the site is live and you are happy. The specifics are defined in the Master Services Agreement.
